Beautiful tropical garden setting, calm and relaxing atmosphere, large and clean rooms, great view of volcano and sea, variety of good quality food.

No maintenance for garden and pool area.

Very quiet at night, it is a good night's rest. The structure is very beautiful, well cared for; around the pool with excellent level, there is a kind of small botanical garden with different types of plants. It is very comfortable for those who travel with children, 

Very pretty gardens nice change from all the high-rises. Very good value for money

Rooms a bit basic

We stayed at Parque San Antonio for one night and had a great experience. The hotel garden is stunning and the pool and room were clean. The staff in the dining room and maids were incredibly 

just hotel nothing out of the ordnary

Reception staff was poor " no welcome "and the number of cats all over the place, i like cats and have eight to ten of them around but is to many.

This hotel was excellent value for money with breakfast included which was lovely with freshly made omelettes, fresh bread and plenty of other choices from the buffet. The community area, pool and gardens are lovely, well 

Nice view of the mountain, large pool and comfortable beds. The hotel had a good buffet selection for breakfast and dinner, accommodating different dietary needs. The hotel also had a lifeguard for the pool and a kids

The hotel had a beautiful garden with a great swimming pool, perfect for a romantic escape. The hammocks available provided the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the sunshine. the breakfast offered was delicious and 

The hotel is set in part of an old botanical garden above Puerto de la Cruz, on the mountainside. It is stunning. There are tropical plants and trees from all over the world. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. There was music in the
